Chef Cho Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and create delicious meals for our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Culinary Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
