Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our construction site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Set up machines and equipment as needed to support site operations.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Analyze blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve site objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to work at the physical location, as remote work is not an option.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
