Job Title: Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our retail store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including supervising staff, assigning tasks, ordering merchandise, and managing cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and effective sales performance.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers to drive sales growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail management with experience in supervising staff and managing store operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and supply chain challenges.
What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits to support your well-being and career development.
