Regional Health Director, Western Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Health Director to lead our healthcare team in Western Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the overall direction of our health sector and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our health sector in Western Canada, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services and projects, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with global and local leaders to develop and execute marketing initiatives, drive business development, and enhance our reputation in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service.
- Represent HDR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our healthcare practice and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development and writing efforts, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement staff development plans, including recruiting, career pathing, and professional growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of success in healthcare leadership and business development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global and local leaders to drive business growth and enhance our reputation in the market.

The expected compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
