Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
