Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Balaji Corporation Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our food service department is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Plan and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for our food service department, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
