Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Balaji Corporation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply requirements
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
