Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Balaji Corporation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers
  • Manage the food service budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
