Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Balaji Corporation Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and food quality.
  • Manage Food Service Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the budget and resources of the food service department, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
