Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at KOGANEI JAPANESE SEAFOOD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service management role.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Accurate, dependable, organized, and reliable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
