Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at JZMS-MART LTD.
Job Summary:The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that all inventory is properly stored and organized.
- Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that our food service department is represented in a positive and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
The Food Service Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The position requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
