Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at JZMS-MART LTD.
Job Summary:The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department. This includes managing staff, implementing operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food service offerings
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Negotiate prices and discounts with suppliers
- Hire and train new staff members
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
The Food Service Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
