Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at JZMS-MART LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
