About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Duke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Mentor and coach staff to create a high-performing team, providing clear objectives and enabling their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-15 years of post-graduation experience, preferably in the maritime industry, with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience as a project manager.
  • Skills: Subject matter expert in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Proven understanding of engineering theories and principles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
