Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely payment of subcontractor invoices.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure project progress and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Submit regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior construction management role, preferably in the general construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • CISD Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
