About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Care Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at the Salmon Arm Health Centre. As a key member of our Home Health and Community Care Rehabilitation Programs, you will play a pivotal role in implementing established rehabilitation protocols and supporting adults with physical disabilities.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, implementing group and individual programs in clients' homes and community sites, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maximize clients' functional ability.
