Job Summary:

As a Community Rehabilitation Assistant with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, implementing established Home Health and Community Care Rehabilitation Programs. Operating within a client-centered framework, you will be responsible for supporting adults with physical disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing group and individual programs in clients' homes and community sites. Your duties will enable clients to maximize their functional ability, remain at home, and engage in meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at the top of your scope to provide high-quality care to clients.

• Engage clients with regular therapeutic interventions to promote their rehabilitation journey.

• Contribute to the progression of client needs and be an integral member of the rehabilitation team.

• Serve as the eyes and ears of the rehabilitation team, providing essential support to clients.
