About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand and products, driving brand discovery, customer growth, and sales. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of mainstream social media channels, influencer relations, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned brand and product campaigns from start to finish, including gathering requirements, developing briefs, executing launches, coordinating creative asset development, and overseeing budgets and timelines.
  • Provide executional support to the Senior Brand Director for product and brand campaigns as assigned.
  • Identify brand collaborations or partnerships that offer new and creative activation opportunities.
  • Manage assigned budget, negotiate contracts, and work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless activations.
  • Lead influencer relations, focusing on free product seeding to grow organic storytelling and product placement on third-party channels, supporting product and brand campaigns as well as always-on promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Specialist to build relationships with influencers and content creators to broaden the reach of campaigns and activations.
  • Develop social content approaches for assigned campaigns, working alongside the creative team and social channel lead.
  • Use data and analytics to track the performance of campaigns and projects, assess effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Create post-mortem analyses for campaigns and projects, suggesting recommendations for future initiatives, and work with partners to explore the highlights and challenges of each campaign and product launch, presenting these findings to the Senior Brand Manager and others as directed.
  • Develop influencer wrap-up reports (campaigns, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to share with brand peers, the Senior Brand Director, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of general brand marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating marketing campaigns and/or projects from strategy/brief creation, execution, launch to results review.
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream social media channels and what constitutes effective content as well as influencer/content creator relations.
  • Experience in content creation, including but not limited to social media.
  • Ability to assign KPIs to marketing and business goals.
  • Proven experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing campaign/project results with recommendations to optimize to improve outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the graphic design and creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with graphic designers and writers.
  • A start-up mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and familiarity with grassroots marketing.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects.
