About the Role

Abatement Technologies, a leading global company in indoor air filtration and restoration equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the GTA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide consultative solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Pass the NAFA exam to become a Certified Air Filtration Specialist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to climb a ladder from time to time.
  • Periodic rooftop surveys - height restrictions.
  • Moderate level of stress balancing workload.
  • Travel in a car to various site locations.
