About the Role

Abatement Technologies, a leading global company in indoor air filtration and restoration equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the GTA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide consultative solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and R&D, to develop new product offerings and product roadmaps.
  • Provide internal and external training on products, applications, and technologies.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Expect to spend approximately 80% of time in the field, collaborating with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry influencers.
  • Contribute to the development of accurate territory, customer, and product forecasts through our Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to discuss progress and goals.
  • Present our unique value proposition and value-added services to customers and prospects.
  • Partner with customers to perform facility filtration assessments and surveys, and provide recommendations for improved Indoor Air Quality.
  • Develop account profiles and growth strategies for top-tier accounts.

Requirements:

  • Pass the NAFA exam to become a Certified Air Filtration Specialist.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Periodic travel to various site locations, including production facilities, offices, and retail environments.
