We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director Support Services and Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at clevelcrossing - Jobboard.
About the RoleThe Executive Director Support Services and CAO will be responsible for directing and leading the integration and coordination of Support Services, including Clinical Components and Corporate/Support components. This role will also lead the campus business, financial planning, and reporting activities, fostering a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and lead the integration and coordination of Support Services
- Lead the campus business, financial planning, and reporting activities
- Foster a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide strategic and operational support to the COO and members of the campus senior leadership team
- Serve as the site liaison with Regional integrated support services
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) and/or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 5 years of senior administrative director experience or equivalent position
- Experience with health care, accounting, MIS reporting, and health sector policies, procedures & reporting guidelines
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and relationship or team-building skills
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as LEAN is an asset
