Executive Director, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer to join our team at Seven Oaks General Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Job Summary:The Executive Director, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). They will lead the nursing and allied professions and ensure the development of and adherence to professional ethics and standards of nursing/allied practice throughout the geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational support to the COO
- Lead the nursing and allied professions
- Ensure the development of and adherence to professional ethics and standards of nursing/allied practice
- Contribute to the overall administration of the hospital through participation in policy setting, planning, budgetary, and quality assurance activities
- Participate in hospital committees and inter-hospital liaison activities
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience within nursing and healthcare administration
- Experience in community health or social services preferred
- Extensive experience in service delivery and business operations
- Ability to lead and participate in both short- and long-term planning
- Experience in human resource management, financial management, and quality improvement required
- Experience with facilities management is desirable
- Experience in program planning, development, and evaluation required
- Recognized course in Health Care Management an asset
