We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Property Manager Lead to join our team at The Ranchland Inn Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for your team, hire and train new staff members, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arrange for repair work as needed, and ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have what we need to operate efficiently.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
