At Broadstreet Properties Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, fully rented, and staff are upholding our customer service standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
  • Ensuring vacancy goals are met, including showing available suites and administering leasing applications
  • Assisting with move-in and move-out scheduling, coordination, and inspections
  • Regularly inspecting grounds, interior hallways, and common areas, and making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements
  • Confirming all vacant units/areas are ready to lease

Requirements for success:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Effective computer skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
