Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities of our motel, prioritizing guest satisfaction and employee development.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact for staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful task execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement change initiatives.
- Mentor new staff members, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge required for success in their roles.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, focusing on quality, timeliness, and team engagement.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Source and procure necessary materials and supplies to support ongoing operations.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is an asset.
