Hotel Supervisor with Client Focus

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to join our team at MOTEL 6. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing excellent service to our guests.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management and possess excellent communication skills. You will be expected to lead a team of staff members, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain high standards of customer service.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient hotel operations
- Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of hotel equipment and facilities
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as standing for long periods and lifting light objects
You will be working in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
