About Us

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital. As a central group within CAMH Research, the Research Operations, Services and Support (ROSS) Office provides administrative support to ensure that all research activities carried out at CAMH or by CAMH personnel comply with funder, governmental or institutional policies and regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Grant Administrator to join our ROSS team as a full-time, permanent Grants & Awards Manager. This role plays a critical part in the success of our research initiatives and works closely with scientists and research staff.

In this position, you will oversee pre-award activities related to the development and submission of research funding applications, manage award finalization and post-award tasks, and develop policies and strategies to improve grant administration and success rates.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of pre-award activities, including development and submission of research funding applications
  • Management of award finalization and non-financial post-award tasks
  • Development of policies and procedures to improve grant administration and success rates

Requirements
