Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Development Specialist to join our scientific team. This is a full-time position based out of our office in Liberty Village, requiring candidates to work in-office, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aid in the development of physical samples/prototypes from initial to final product stages.
  • Document and report the development cycle of products, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and collaborate with R&D personnel on expected product behavior throughout the development stage.
  • Prepare and communicate stability reports according to industry standards.
  • Perform testing on sample prototypes and stability samples, including organoleptic properties and other necessary tests.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge and understanding of GLP and GMP, as well as applicable regulatory requirements for stability in Cosmetics and OTC products.
  • Hands-on experience working in a lab environment and ability to stand for long durations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Relevant education in Science, Research and Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
