Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, driving business growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to our purpose, mission, values, brand, and business practices.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, growth, and profitability across each area of our business.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Select, engage, develop, and retain top performers who embody our values and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Oversee Branch Operations: Ensure consistency, accuracy, safety, and adherence to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with General Insurance, Investments, and Commercial departments to achieve business and member experience strategies.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of achieving business strategies in a financial institution.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, risk management, security compliance, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Licenses: Mutual Funds license required.
