We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Woodgrove team in developing and directing the growth strategy and service portfolio goals for their assigned branch.

The ideal candidate will provide sales and service leadership to the branch team, coaching and directing the branch management team, and developing and successfully executing an annual business plan for the operations, sales management, and financial growth of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring a high-performance culture and member satisfaction through engaged employees.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan that aligns with the strategic objectives of Envision Financial.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to promote the branch and Envision Financial within the community.
  • Oversee all branch credit activities, including monitoring, analyzing, pricing, rating, and approving.
  • Ensure risk management processes and procedures are followed to manage fraud, reduce potential losses, and meet regulatory and/or corporate requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mutual fund license required depending on region.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) for Mutual Funds required depending on region.
  • Must complete the internal Envision Financial certification program specific to this role within the required timeframe.
  • PFP preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in a branch leadership level role within a financial institution required.
  • Sales leadership and coaching experience required.
  • Commercial banking experience preferred.
  • Credit adjudication experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes and/or experience motivating a high-performance team.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute on strategic sales and service plans.
  • Proven skills in business development and achievement of sales goals and targets.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and banking software programs.
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
