Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Guest Services Representative at the Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience, and contributing to the resort's mission to make people happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide professional and efficient service to guests, handling inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ticketing and Sales: Process ticket and season pass sales, including cash, debit, and credit transactions, and manage cash out procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties, including being the central point of contact for the resort, managing the lost and found, and assisting with locker rentals.
  • Mountain Greeting: Greet and welcome guests at the lifts, ensuring they have a valid ticket or pass before loading the chairs or gondola, and assist with maintaining the base area.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and support to guests.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in cash handling and administrative tasks.
