Are you a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Uni-Select Inc. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to our valued customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verifying invoices for accuracy and assisting with the picking process.
  • Inspect merchandise upon delivery or prior to acceptance, ensuring its condition aligns with customer expectations and obtaining customer sign-off.
  • Organize daily pickups of customer cores, returns, and warranties while maintaining efficient delivery schedules.
  • Meticulously record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper documentation accompanies all customer transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Adhere to electronic delivery protocols and standards.
  • Promptly report any customer complaints or dissatisfaction to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
  • Maintain vehicle upkeep by checking fluid levels, tire condition, and ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness.
  • Strictly comply with all road rules and regulations.
  • Communicate delivery progress and any potential delays to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
  • Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory procedures.
  • Provide support for customer service activities within the store location, including stocking shelves and maintaining a neat and organized environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • No prior experience required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
