Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic imaging services to patients, including echocardiography and electrodiagnostic procedures.
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing any potential health risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to Brightshores' 'CARE' Behaviours and 'LEAD' Competencies, promoting a culture of excellence and patient safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with adult and pediatric echocardiography.
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control protocols.
