Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for various manufacturing challenges within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative proposals for automation solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to deliver turnkey automated systems and retrofits
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the engineering, procurement, and assembly phases
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop detailed specifications and cost estimates to support project goals
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, and facilitate early-stage conflict resolution
  • Represent the company at community and business events to enhance its reputation
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in applications engineering within the automation industry
  • University degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and familiar with MS Office suite
  • Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and equipment integration
