Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative proposals for automation solutions
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to deliver turnkey automated systems and retrofits
- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the engineering, procurement, and assembly phases
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop detailed specifications and cost estimates to support project goals
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, and facilitate early-stage conflict resolution
- Represent the company at community and business events to enhance its reputation
- Over 5 years of experience in applications engineering within the automation industry
- University degree or college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and familiar with MS Office suite
- Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and equipment integration
