Job Title: Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Tricon Residential. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized service, ensuring issues are avoided and requests are delivered promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Ensure resident privacy and maintain the organization's reputation.
  • Continually seek ways to promote, improve, and expand services, based on resident feedback and recommendations.
  • Support a positive, professional, customer-centric environment in the building.
  • Promote Parcel Pending service and act as the first contact and safeguarding of the main entry point of the property.

Qualifications:

  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • High degree of initiative, agility, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people with varying interests, while being culturally aware.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Prior concierge experience is an asset.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • High degree of initiative, agility, creativity, and flexibility.
