Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Meaningful Relationships: Build strong relationships with residents, identifying their preferences and delivering on requests to ensure a seamless living experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to residents, handling inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resident Relations: Anticipate service requests, maintain resident privacy, and promote a positive, professional environment in the building.
  • Community Engagement: Promote Parcel Pending service and act as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Qualifications:
    • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
    • High degree of initiative, agility, creativity, and flexibility.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Ability to work with a diverse group of people with varying interests, while being culturally aware.
    • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
    • High degree of initiative, agility, creativity, and flexibility.
