Job Title: Executive Suite Concierge

As a valued member of the Premium Service team at MLSE, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to suite fans during various events at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet fans warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and fans, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any service-related issues or inquiries.
  • Monitor and control guest access to all suites, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience.
  • Represent the Premium Suites department, MLSE, and the City of Toronto as an ambassador, promoting a positive image and reputation.
  • Participate in special events and promotional activities for Executive Suite clients as needed.
  • Attend pre-event and post-event briefings to stay informed and prepared.
  • Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments to resolve any reported problems or concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies, ensuring a high level of quality and excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work weekdays as early as 4:30 pm and various shifts on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Smart Serve Certificate required.
  • Previous experience in VIP hospitality or concierge services is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic environment with loud noise, bright lights, and temperature fluctuations.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and unplanned events, situations, and circumstances.
  • Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions is an asset.
