Job Title: Transportation Fleet Manager

L.A.N Delivery Express & Hot Shot is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Recruit and supervise a team of transportation professionals to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for transportation and storage of goods.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation fleet management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
