Job Title: Transportation Fleet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to join our team at L.A.N Delivery Express & Hot Shot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Recruit and supervise a team of transportation professionals to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for transportation and storage of goods.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex operations and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
