At COMPUTER WINDOW, we're looking for a skilled Technical Systems Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical support to our users. As an Installation and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing assistance to employees who are experiencing difficulties with their equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and provide training to employees on new systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on the use of computer systems and software
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and software, including setting up new equipment and configuring operating systems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
