Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At DHE BOSS INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
* Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
* Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
