Role OverviewThis role focuses on managing top Canadian national accounts within the Strategic Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales/revenue growth of existing accounts, with a primary objective of retention and delivering new sales to meet Senior Manager expectations. This position provides strategic direction and resource stewardship for the Canadian NA Division, overseeing the implementation of national and market-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with Market Leaders to achieve revenue targets
- Organize and coordinate business reviews for national account clients
- Determine effective methods to attain revenue objectives for the Canadian NA Division
- Manage sales performance and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a culture of accountability to deliver sales objectives, including program development and implementation within the Canadian NA division
Additional duties include travel to various field locations and/or client sites for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- A proven track record of working optimally with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across functional boundaries
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Business and financial acumen along with project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at all levels
- Performance management and coaching skills, including providing clear feedback
- Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation, with enthusiasm for solving complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and skill in sales management strategies and techniques
