Job Summary

The Bilingual Coordinator, Regional Office Operations is a key member of the IG Wealth Management team, providing exceptional service to internal and external clients. As the first point of contact, this role is responsible for greeting clients, supporting queries, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reception duties, including welcoming clients, handling incoming calls, and maintaining inventory.
  • Process and distribute mail and courier, as well as arrange meeting rooms and set up technology.
  • Support the Consultant network by providing training, guidance, and resources on policies, procedures, and available tools.
  • Onboard new members to the office, assist with system training, and provide general support to the Consultant network.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Manager, Regional Office Operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset.
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills.
  • Proficiency in PC capabilities, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and French.
