About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual professional to join our Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our vision to be at the forefront of how bottlers build and manage their reputations globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion of PAC activities, cross-functional teams, and communications agency projects.
  • Manage and publish content on internal and external corporate communications channels and platforms, including social media and intranet updates.
  • Monitor and track internal and external statistics and analytics to support plans and content calendar.
  • Provide administrative support for the PAC team, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications strategies that support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
  • Experience using marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
  • Proven work experience in maintaining and updating internet and intranet applications.
