About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Jayia Transportation Systems Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between departments and teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests from employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Human Resources
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job postings and conducting interviews.
    • Provide support with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
