Job Description- We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating meetings, recording minutes, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. You will also oversee the preparation of reports, analyze employee data, and develop communication strategies. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and maintaining filing systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesWe participate in government and community programs that support newcomers and refugees. As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse groups and contribute to their growth and development.
Benefits- This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
