Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth workflow
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on warehouse operations and performance
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including maintenance and troubleshooting
- Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable and competent
- Arrange training for staff, providing opportunities for professional development and growth
- Conduct performance reviews, evaluating the performance of staff members and providing feedback for improvement
- Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven track record of success in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in forklift operation or other relevant equipment

- Handling heavy loads, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Steel-toed safety boots and other protective equipment required
