Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Budget Blinds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including coordinating seminars, planning budgets, and supervising other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including planning budgets and arranging travel.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers, including training and developing their skills.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures, including determining office procedures and routines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
