About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2773927 Ontario. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, and supplies
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to make informed decisions
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Event Management
    • Plan and coordinate events to meet business objectives
    • Ensure that events are executed to the highest standards of quality and service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions
