About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless food service delivery, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Manage Food Quality and Safety

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Prepare and Manage Budgets

Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs, and monitoring expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Communicate with Customers and Staff

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods

Physical Demands

Physically demanding, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
